FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does the A Series take to install?

Because the inverter, battery modules, and switch box arrive pre-integrated, most single-phase installs are completed in a day. Larger three-phase or multi-module setups can take a little longer depending on how many modules you're stacking.

Can I add more battery capacity later?

Yes. That's the main advantage of the stackable design. You can start with a smaller configuration and snap in additional modules later, up to the system's 26.7kWh maximum, without replacing your existing inverter.

Is it rated for outdoor installation in hot, humid climates?

The A Series carries an IP65 rating, which means it's protected against dust and low-pressure water jets, so it can be mounted outdoors as well as indoors. Ask your installer to confirm placement away from direct, prolonged sun exposure for the longest lifespan.

Does it keep my home running during a power outage?

Yes. The system automatically switches to stored battery power when it detects a grid outage, so essential circuits keep running without you having to do anything manually.
