VAT number 361 2486 05. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN 1016429. We act as a credit broker, not a lender. Credit is subject to status and affordability.

SolarGo is a trading name of Jarmq Ltd and is not a separate company. Jarmq Ltd also trades as Creativ Energy and Creativ Homes.

What the websites are for

The websites provide information about our products and services and allow you to design or estimate a solar system, request an assessment, book an appointment and contact us.

Online estimates, eligibility results and design outputs are indicative only. They are not a formal quotation, offer or contract. Panel layout, system size, price, funding and suitability are confirmed after assessment and, where relevant, a technical survey.

Funding offers are available only where you and the property meet the applicable criteria, which may include tenure, credit assessment, property condition and lender or funder approval. Submitting a form or design does not guarantee eligibility or installation.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, copy content for commercial use without permission, or submit false or misleading information.

Your enquiry

If you submit a form or leave contact details in the design tool, you ask us to assess your enquiry and contact you about it, as explained on the form and in our Privacy Policy. Marketing is separate and optional.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, design tools and materials are owned by Jarmq Ltd or our licensors. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them without our written permission.

Third-party sites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative online estimates, loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or business losses if you use the site for business purposes. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Installation and finance contracts

If you proceed, the contract for installation, products or finance will be set out in the relevant purchase agreement, order form or lender documents. Those documents take precedence over these website terms for that work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have to bring a claim in your local UK court.
